  • What is your cancellation policy? Cancellations must be made within 24hrs of our scheduled session or full payment will be required

  • How is payment made? Payments are made through e-transfer to Stephanie@maternalcare.ca

  • Are your services covered by my benefits provider?Many benefits providers now cover RCC’s but not all, so please double check directly with them first.

  • Do you have direct billing? Direct billing is not available but a receipt will be provided promptly upon payment received.

  • What is required to start counselling? A quiet space and device that connects to the internet. Informed consent must be read and reviewed prior to our first session and can be found under the forms tab.

  • How does your CVAP provider billing work? CVAP will cover $135 towards a session with me once you have been approved for their program. We can discuss this together over the phone or online.
