What is your cancellation policy? Cancellations must be made within 24hrs of our scheduled session or full payment will be required
How is payment made? Payments are made through e-transfer to Stephanie@maternalcare.ca
Are your services covered by my benefits provider?Many benefits providers now cover RCC’s but not all, so please double check directly with them first.
Do you have direct billing? Direct billing is not available but a receipt will be provided promptly upon payment received.
What is required to start counselling? A quiet space and device that connects to the internet. Informed consent must be read and reviewed prior to our first session and can be found under the forms tab.
How does your CVAP provider billing work? CVAP will cover $135 towards a session with me once you have been approved for their program. We can discuss this together over the phone or online.
